Part-Time Customer Service Representative in our call center at Finest Image Photography, 8-10 hours/week. Join our fun and energetic team in a relaxed, but purposeful work environment.

Duties include answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to warm leads from our lead generation marketing pool (no cold calling EVER). Duties extend to answering client questions and helping people schedule their portrait sessions - high school seniors, family, and children.

We're looking for someone who be be great at and enjoy doing:

* Answering & making all calls with a positive and friendly tone

* Be easy to understand by speaking clearly and slowly

*Be a good listener, using less words and not be "talky talky"

*Be able to schedule portrait sessions and enter them into the computer as you go

*Answer clients' questions the best you can in a caring and attentive manner

*Learn new systems/computer prograpms in a positive and timely manner
