Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support the Founder of our business. The ideal candidate will be proactive, resourceful, and able to handle a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks.
Duties
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Conduct research and compile data as needed
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism and discretion
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Assist in event planning and coordination
- Provide project coordination support as required
- Perform general office management duties to ensure smooth operations
Experience
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong clerical and customer service skills
- Proficient computer literacy, including MS Office or GSuite
- Experience in calendar management and scheduling
- Familiarity with file management and organization
- Ability to assist in event planning activities
- Demonstrated capability in project coordination
- Prior experience providing executive administrative support is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 20 per week
