J&J Holdings is a small, fast-growing company located in Springville, UT. We are a full-service facility management and renovation firm. We have been in business for over 10 years and are looking to grow our team with the right candidate.

Job Summary:

The Facilities Assistant will be responsible for assisting the Facilities Manager with daily tasks such as:
- Maintaining the properties, buildings & equipment to a clean and usable condition. These tasks include Landscaping maintenance, Painting, facility upkeep, equipment cleanliness and maintenance
- Other duties as assigned.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist the Facilities Manager with tasks as they arise.
- Assist in maintaining the appearance of the facility to provide a welcoming environment to tenants and guests alike.
- Maintain a clean, orderly office environment by keeping all equipment in working order, cleaning up debris, etc.
- Maintain a professional appearance by following operating procedures, rules, and regulations as set forth by the company and other departments within the company. This may include but is not limited to tenant relations procedures, building maintenance procedures, etc.
- Follow all health and safety standards as outlined by the department of health or other regulatory bodies as applicable to the position.
- Follow the operating procedures outlined above that are necessary for the successful completion of job duties.

Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in facility maintenance preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
