**Job Overview:** We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Night Auditor to join our hospitality team at our resort. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel's front desk during the night shift, while also performing various administrative tasks. **Responsibilities:** - Manage the front desk during the night shift, providing exceptional guest relations and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. - Perform night audit procedures, including reconciling guest accounts, managing room inventory, and preparing for the next day. - Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise during the night. - Utilize phone systems to communicate with guests and internal staff. - Maintain a high level of phone etiquette, responding promptly to calls and messages. - Work closely with hotel management to ensure that all hotel policies and procedures are followed. - Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry and report preparation. **Skills:** - Proven experience in front desk operations and guest relations. - Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable. - Strong knowledge of hotel management practices and procedures. - Ability to work independently during the night shift. - Proficiency in using phone systems and maintaining effective phone etiquette. - Experience with night audit procedures is essential. - Familiarity with hotel operations and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. **Note:** The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the hospitality industry and the skills necessary to perform the duties of a Night Auditor.
