We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized Daily Operations and Social Media Assistant to support our small but growing company.

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team. Your primary responsibilities will include supporting our daily operations by managing order fulfillment, handling customer communication, and assisting with social media. Candidate must have a passion for social media and staying updated on the latest trends and platforms. This role is perfect for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, positive, enthusiastic, eager to learn, and willing to help while gaining new skills and working on all aspects of the brand.

MUST HAVE VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND DEPENDABLE TRANSPORTATION.

Social Media:

• Manage and create engaging content for Veatge’s social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.).

E-Commerce:

• Create and print shipping labels using our shipping software.
• Fulfill and pack orders securely, ensuring that all items are protected during transit.
• Organize and maintain shipping supplies and inventory.
• Prepare and ship items to the courier.

Inventory Management:

• Assist in tracking and organizing jewelry inventory.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate records of stock levels.

Customer Service:

• Gain a deep understanding of our products/services to provide accurate and helpful responses.
• Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Uphold our brand values in all written communications, ensuring a friendly and helpful voice and patience in communication.
