Part time Relief Manager of Self Storage Facility. Requires flexible schedule to be able to work during the weekdays and/or weekends. Ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, have good computer and sales skills. Drivers License Required.

Responsibilities: Full spectrum of on site responsibilities include:

• Leasing spaces
• Merchandise sales
• Property maintenance
• Collections
• Marketing and Advertising
• Reporting

Requirements:

• Must be fluent in both English and Spanish
• Must have a flexible schedule to work either weekdays or weekends
• Must have a drivers license
• Previous self storage experience is a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.00 - $12.00 per hour

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
