Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Leaders and Sales Associates to join our dynamic team. As Sales Leader, you will be responsible for leading our sales team and ensuring we meet our sales targets. As a Sales Associate you will be responsible for customer service, putting out stock, merchandising, etc. You will also be responsible for maintaining a positive and productive work environment, and driving customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

- Help the store to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Assist with coaching and training new associates to improve their performance and knowledge of products and services.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to provide customers with accurate information and recommendations.
- Use retail math and basic math skills to accurately process transactions and manage cash register duties.
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues.

Skills:

- Retail sales experience and a strong understanding of sales principles and strategies.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering a positive customer experience.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Basic math skills, with the ability to accurately process transactions and manage cash register duties.
- Retail math skills to calculate discounts and promotions.
-- Ability to use phone etiquette skills to handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and meet sales targets.
- Cash register experience, with the ability to accurately process transactions and handle cash and credit transactions.

Must have the ability to be on your feet for long periods of time, bend/kneel, use ladders/stepstools and lift a minimum of 45lbs.
