Working as our Parts Advisor, you would be responsible for facilitating and assisting our service department and our clients with their auto parts needs. The ideal candidate would have prior parts counter experience with strong attention-to-detail.

Parts Advisor Job Duties

• Answering phone and assisting the customer with parts order.
• Act as a point person for Technicians and Advisors with parts questions.
• Checking in shipments, posting inventory, and putting away stock orders.
• Pulling parts and maintaining inventory accuracy.
• Assist in keeping parts area clean and organized, ordering supplies as needed.
• Assist in other departmental duties as needed.

Parts Advisor Job Qualifications

• Qualified candidates will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, enjoy working with a team, and have an understanding of the need for safety.
• Attention-to-Detail.
• Must have Automotive Parts experience in a high-volume environment using CDK and/or other DMS software.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screen, THC not included in the screening.
