Responsibilities:
- Sell parts and accessories (listen to customer to clarify and identify parts, explaining alternative solutions, obtaining payment, placing orders for parts, answering phones, deliver parts to customers (both in store and occasional delivery offsite using company vehicle) Physical inventory assistance, Customer service, Resolve customer concerns/complaints with assistance from the manager, Greet customers upon arrival, schedule appointments, confirm appointments by phone, check vehicles in for the appointments (including walk around the vehicle, notify the technician of arrival, etc), ensure that all cars have been picked up by customer or other arrangements have been made, assist bookkeeping department with billing research and clarification when needed, Communicate customer requests with technicians and detailers. Accept deliveries when parts manager not available (including verifying delivery for accuracy and condition).

Qualifications:
- Parts knowledge is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in basic math calculations for inventory and money handleing
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Clean driving record is a must
