Job Summary
We are seeking a Parts Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing parts inventory, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery to customers. If you have a background in aviation service and possess strong organizational skills, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

• Sells products and/or services to meet customer needs
• Assists with preparing and maintaining work orders
• Communicate and fill customer online parts orders.
• Helps answer phones and address customer voicemails with urgency
• Willing to drive to various local destinations to support immediate demands
• Verifies receipts of shipments and assists with placing vendor parts orders.
• Helps to keep parts department clean and organized
• Follows up on shortages and expedites issues by reporting to the Lead
• Assists in maintaining all departmental tools, and equipment
• Other duties as assigned

Experience, Education, Skills and Knowledge:

• Basic data entry/keyboarding skills/computer aptitude
• Basic parts and machinery knowledge
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Ability to lift items weighing up to 75 lbs. daily
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• Works in both office and warehouse environments, including consistently viewing a computer monitor and using keyboard/mouse
• Mechanical aptitude to assemble products, machinery, and tooling

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 45 per week
