_ Medical insurance knowledge, authorization and verification experience preferred. Must have computer and typing skills._

The perfect candidate will be responsible for but not limited to:

* New patient experience and scheduling

* Future appointment scheduling

* Answering telephones, routing calls, faxing, emailing (general office duties)

* Inventory control and product or miscellaneous items ordering

* Coordinating and scheduling

* Office bank deposits

* Communicating with Insurance groups for Authorizations and Verifications

* Collecting Co-payments

*Bilingual
