Patient Care Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Patient Care Coordinator to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating patient care by coordinating with healthcare providers, patients, and administrative staff to ensure a seamless healthcare experience. This job title is fluid in that it will also include sales and marketing with potential for growth into a full time office manager role.

Duties:
- Schedule patient appointments and follow-ups efficiently

- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely patient care

- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families

- Collaborate with medical professionals to optimize patient care plans

- Ensure compliance with medical office policies and procedures

- Assist with newsletter, social media posts, making & delivering marketing materials

Requirements:
- Familiar with medical terminology

- Experience in a medical setting or willing to learn

- Strong organizational and communication skills

- Ability to multitask and work effectively

- Knowledge of medical administrative support practices

- Familiar with Canva, Google workspace & Google voice
