WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

• This is a part-time position (offering between 20-24 hours/week)

• Scheduled days would be Wednesday and Thursday; hours are 6:45 a.m.-5:15 p.m.

• This is for our Maternal Fetal Medicine office at Franciscan Health Indy

• Provide exemplary customer service; greet and direct patients, family members, and other visitors.

• Answer incoming calls; respond to inquiries, or direct caller to appropriate staff for assistance.

• Schedule appointments and accurately enters data into scheduling system.

• Register patients and enters or updates demographic and insurance information into EMR system.

• Communicate with clinical staff to maintain patient flow and update waiting patients.
