Here’s what you’ll be doing:

The Patient Services Representative serves as the primary point of contact for patient electronic scheduling and registration.

• Scheduling and Registration: Coordinate patient appointments, verify demographics and insurance, and optimize provider schedules.
• Insurance and Payments: Verify benefits, manage referrals, communicate financial obligations, and collect payments.
• Patient Experience: Ensure a positive patient experience by providing clear instructions and contributing to satisfaction initiatives.

Here’s what you’ll have:

• High School Diploma required
• 2 years medical office or medical insurance experience
