Description

The Data Management Analyst I will serve as a technical resource on the Payments Reconciliation team. This position will maintain the department database, as well as develop and enhance queries used within the reconciliation process.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Performs data integrity review of flat files and SQL imports to ensure all data is accurate, complete and mapped accordingly.
  2. Validates reconciliation processes, reports, and SQL queries for all new and existing programs/products to ensure accurate funds flow and audit trails within the reconciliation.
  3. Assists in Implementation/Wind downs from an operations perspective including funds flows, ach and new product impact.
  4. Presents findings and recommendations actions as needed to leadership.
  5. Assists in the monthly invoice process to ensure all billing and remittance is timely and accurate.
  6. Acts as a resource for various departments providing system guidance, testing and problem resolution regarding impacts related to Payments Operations.
  7. Prepares and updates work-related procedures.
  8. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree, or Technical Certificate, required.
  • 1-3 years' work experience, required.
  • Previous experience in in the Banking and Payments Industry, preferred.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook), required.
  • Intermediate skills with SQL, required.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing tasks, without requiring direct assignment or close supervision.
