Overview
We seek a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing payroll processes, ensuring accuracy in employee compensation, personable and able to handle the onboarding process. This position requires proficiency in ADP software and a strong understanding of accounting principles.

Responsibilities
- Process payroll for all employees accurately and on time using ADP.
- Maintain employee records, including benefits, and deductions.
- Analyze payroll data to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports by providing necessary payroll data.
- Collaborate with HRIS (ADP) to ensure employee information is up-to-date and accurate within the system.
- Support audits by providing necessary documentation and responding to inquiries regarding payroll processes.
- Stay informed about changes in tax laws and regulations that may affect payroll processing.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Payroll Clerk or similar role.
- Proficiency in ADP is not required but preferred.
- Strong understanding of debits, credits, and technical accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and analysis.
- Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and maintain discretion at all times.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with employees across various departments.
