• You will be responsible for preparing payroll for approximately 500 to 1000 employees.
• Assist clerks with tracking of time and attendance.
• File, sort and organize and maintain general and confidential employee files.
• Act as back-up for orientation/hiring process as needed.
• Enter new hire, rehire, termination and employee change information.
• Process evaluations and pay rate changes.
• Prepare and review clock reports with supervisors for processing payroll.
• Provide general HR and payroll assistance to managers, supervisors, and employees.
• Input deductions, direct deposits, and enter new hires into E-Verify system.
• All other relevant duties as assigned.

• Ideally you will have completed relevant college courses.
• Relevant work experience; preferably within manufacturing environment.
• Excellent technology and computer skills, with advanced Excel knowledge.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• You will work in a typical office environment within a poultry plant facility using everyday office equipment.

Benefits and incentives are available after probationary period of employment, 401k available after 1 year of employment. Team members must meet eligibility requirements to earn incentives and bonuses. Part-time employees are not eligible for benefits, incentives and bonuses.
