• Position requires:

Hours-7:45-4:45 Monday-Friday

• Minimum of 1 year of previous dental experience with focus on scheduling, insurance verification, filing insurance determinations, presenting treatment plans, collecting accurate co-payments, and ensuring proper documentation protocol is followed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail with ability to multi task in a fast pace environment.
• Excellent customer service skills making a strong connection with our patients/parents.
• Must be prompt with excellent attendance record.
• Friendly upbeat individual that will always greet our patients/parents with a smile.
• Speaking and writting fluently in Spanish as well as English a plus.
