Job Overview:

This is the perfect Permanent Part Time position for the perfect person! We are seeking a customer-focused Leasing Professional to join our dynamic apartment management team. 24 hours per week. Includes 2-3 Saturdays per month.

Duties:

- Assist in day-to-day leasing of beautiful townhome rentals and customer follow up.
- Handle the administrative tasks related to leasing, including gathering all the documents needed to approve the prospective renter, staying on top of the process and updating the prospect on a regular basis.
- Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, responding promptly to inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues they may have.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leasing activity, including lease renewals .
- Assist in the preparation of daily & weekly property reports.

Skills:

- Experience in property management or a related field is helpful!
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and handle resident inquiries and concerns.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
