**Job Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Person in Charge (PIC) to oversee daily operations at our retail establishment. The PIC will be responsible for managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining efficient store operations. **Duties:** - Supervise and coordinate the activities of retail staff - Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is displayed attractively - Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately - Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed - Implement and maintain inventory control procedures - Provide excellent customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns - Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and reporting **Requirements:** - Proven experience in a retail environment, preferably in a leadership role - Proficiency in POS systems and retail math - Strong communication skills to interact with customers and staff effectively - Knowledge of inventory control practices - Ability to operate a cash register efficiently - Multilingual abilities are a plus for diverse customer interactions Join our team as a Person in Charge (PIC) to lead our retail operations with professionalism and dedication.
