Job Summary

Ironmen Building Solutions is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Personal Assistant to support our executive team and contribute to our marketing efforts. In this role, you'll manage administrative tasks and assist with our social media presence, helping us maintain our reputation for excellence in home renovations. Responsibilities

  • Calendar Management: Manage the executive team’s calendars and appointments, ensuring they stay on schedule.
  • Communication: Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism, maintaining clear communication lines.
  • Social Media Management: Assist in managing our social media accounts by creating and scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and tracking analytics.
  • Marketing Support: Help develop and implement marketing strategies, including email campaigns, promotional materials, and content creation.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform essential tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Documentation: Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation to support our business goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role, with some exposure to marketing or social media management.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational abilities with a knack for prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively.
  • Communication: Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Google Suite and other office software; experience with social media platforms and marketing tools is a plus.
  • Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies, with a willingness to learn and grow in this area.

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 25 per week
