• Providing superior service when waiting on customers via drive-up, lobby, and phone
• Maintaining accuracy and efficiency when completing transactions and opening new accounts
• Assisting with debit card inquiries from issuing cards to handling disputes
• Utilizing technology to assist customers with online banking and digital wallets
• Being a friendly, familiar face that promotes products and services that fit our customers needs
