Specializing in property damage, ensuring that our clients receive support and effectively communicating with clients by setting realistic expectations regarding the property damage process timeline and outcomes. Assisting clients in handling various aspects of property damage, including vehicle repairs, rental vehicle arrangements, reimbursement claims, total loss evaluations, GAP claims, loss of use and diminished value assessments. Coordinating retention of the registered owner of our client’s vehicle, if not the client. Additionally responsible for coordinating EDR downloads with the client and adverse parties with Dynamic Safety LLC and obtaining completed reports for all vehicles involved. Keeping the case manager informed throughout the process.

Property Damage Assessment:

Conduct thorough assessments of the property damage incurred during accidents.

Communicate with clients to gather essential information about their vehicles such as location of client’s vehicle, any other property that might have sustained damage, and the extent of their damages.

Maintain accurate and organized documentations of all case-related activities such as photos/estimates/supplements, including communication with clients, insurance companies, repair shops, experts and any other relevant parties are on file and Property Damage tab is filled.

Stay updated on industry trends, changes in insurance policies and relevant developments to provide the most current and effective assistance to clients.

Managing Client Expectations:

Effectively communicate with clients, set realistic expectations regarding the property damage process timeline and outcomes.

Provide regular updates to clients on the progress of the property damage portion of their case and address their concerns.

Identify potential hurdles and challenges in the property damage process, such as disputes with insurance companies, coverage limitations or delays in repairs. Maintain creative solutions to overcome these obstacles and ensure clients’ interests are protected.

Retaining Registered Owner:

Identify and retain the registered owner if different from the client, ensuring accurate communication with all parties involved.

Protect sensitive client information and maintain confidentiality throughout the handling of property damage process.

Communication with Case Manager:

Keep the assigned case manager informed throughout the property damage process, providing regular updates and addressing any case-related issues promptly.

Third Party Insurance

Communicate with insurance companies to confirm location of adverse vehicle and authority to retrieve EDR data and inspect the vehicle using Dynamic Safety LLC.

Confirm if any additional claimants and their counsel if applicable.

EDR Downloads:

Coordinate the retrieval of EDR data with Dynamic Safety LLC from clients’ vehicles and any other vehicles involved in the incident.

Obtain and compile detailed reports from Dynamic Safety LLC for all vehicles involved.

Rental Vehicle Arrangements:

Assist clients in arranging rental vehicles while their vehicle is being repaired.

Keep clients informed and maintain clients’ expectations regarding rental vehicle coverage and options.

Vehicle Repairs:

Coordinate vehicle repair services with the firm’s preferred body shop- American Central Collision Center, or client’s preferred shop.

Ensure timely and cost-effective repairs to restore the vehicle to its pre-accident condition.

Total Loss Evaluation:

Work with insurance companies to negotiate fair settlements for total loss claims.

GAP Claims:

Assist clients in filing GAP insurance claims if applicable.

Loss of Use:

Calculate and advocate for loss of use claims, ensuring clients are compensated for the inability to use their vehicles during repairs.

Reimbursement Claims:

Assist clients through the process of reimbursements and filing reimbursement claims if needed.

Assist clients in compiling necessary documentation and information required for reimbursement.

Diminished Value:

Assess the diminished value of the vehicle after repairs, assisting clients in seeking appropriate compensation.

Applicants must be bilingual (Spanish speaking).
