We are taking applications for dedicated individuals to join our team of Pest Control Technicians. By joining our team, you will be supported by 40+ years of industry experience and will serve a key role in providing excellent customer service/treatment solutions to homeowners across the state of Alabama.

Responsibilities:

• Perform inspections and treatments
• Manage route production on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
• Serve as a problem solver to identify the best solution for each customer's needs
  
• Complete all required service-related documentation for each customer, including collecting and processing payments for service
• Create and follow a scheduled route within an assigned territory, while arriving to appointments safely and timely
• Communicate respectfully with customers and team members
• Operate pesticide equipment such as sprayers, ladders, and backpack blowers in a variety of weather conditions
• Work a flexible schedule as required to meet weekly responsibilities, including occasional weekend hours.

Qualifications:

• No experience is necessary; we will teach you what you need to know to expertly and confidently do your work!
• Must be able to bend, kneel, walk, and crawl for extended periods of time
  
• One to three years experience in pest control preferred
• Must have excellent customer service skills
• Ability to fit in crawlspaces to perform inspections
• Must be able to thrive in a position with minimal direct supervision
• A valid ID and a safe driving record
• Ability to pass a background and drug screen
• Ability to work overtime, if needed
