Job Description
- Act as the pharmacy person responsible in partnership with the sales team for regular engagement with broker/consultant pharmacy leaders to capture the pharmacy strategies that appeal to employers.
- Responsible for the supporting the company's pharmacy products and services for overall retention and growth-related activities aligned to Blue KC’s Pharmacy programs
- Apply market pharmacy pricing & product intel to inform BlueKC product and price position strategies
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for Pharmacy Benefit design, products, and programs.
- Train internal teams and external customers on the benefits of our Pharmacy programs
- Develops materials and assists Sales in creating a credible and motivating pharmacy benefits proposal and/or presentation.
- Prepares, reviews and conducts presentations of customer reports with meaningful analytics, trending and recommendations for program improvement based on findings.
- Establish and implement strategies to cultivate and manage group, client, and broker relationships at levels to deepen Blue KC’s managed pharmacy benefits value proposition.
Minimum Qualifications
- Doctorate degree in Pharmacy
- Active Pharmacy License in good standing
- 7-10 years' professional experience in pharmacy inclusive of analytical reporting
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business, Health Informatics, or other relevant area
