A Plant Manager manages all aspects of the plant operations. Proving strong leadership, training, team building and supervision with an emphasis on employee development. Manage all mine, operational and safety planning.

Qualities of the Ideal Candidate:

• Must be able to develop and execute a mine plan
• Must have sand and stone production experience
• Preferred maintenance experience
• Coordinate the daily activities of the production and operation teams
• Possess a "GO-GETTER" mentality
• Manage, develop and lead a team

This position is at our Mt Hope Quarry located in Russellville, AL

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
