PLC Maintenance Technician
Job Type: Full-Time, On-Call

We are seeking a skilled PLC Maintenance Technician to join our team, providing top-notch troubleshooting, programming, and customer support. This is a full-time position with on-call responsibilities, including nights and weekends, to ensure timely support for our customers.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to successfully hold an Intel badge (prior Intel experience is highly preferred). In this role, you will act as the key liaison between our team and Intel, requiring excellent communication skills to effectively manage interactions and ensure customer satisfaction.

You will receive comprehensive training on Hirata equipment, becoming an expert in servicing both the machinery and the customer's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and program PLC systems for Hirata equipment.
• Provide on-call support during nights and weekends for customer maintenance and equipment servicing.
• Serve as a primary point of contact between Intel and the company, facilitating clear communication and issue resolution.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality technical support and service.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience with PLC programming and maintenance.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues with automated equipment.
• Intel badge eligibility (experience with Intel is a plus).
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Flexibility to work on-call shifts, including nights and weekends.
