Join our team responsible for delivering collaborative services for Cigna! Your work will help connect all Cigna colleagues globally internally, with our customers, providers, and clients using meeting, messaging, and contact center platforms and applications. The Portfolio Manager will manage the portfolio of Collaboration Technology Services, which includes overseeing the time and financial metrics of our project delivery, long-term planning, forecasting, and budget development activities to support the organization's work. The ability to work with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role. Expert written and verbal communication skills, strong decision-making ability, and attention to detail are equally important.
