We are searching for an experienced Large Format Print Production Manager. This is NOT an entry level position. Only apply if you have relevant wide-format print management experience.

Our Production Manager reports directly to the owner and is primarily responsible for producing various wide-format specialty printing products. This position plays a critical role in the company's profit and margin potential through outstanding performance in fast turn-around times, high-quality product output, and efficiency with materials to minimize waste.

Primary Roles and Responsibilities:

80% Printing and Production: Prepare jobs for Onyx print rip, create cut files for digital cutting/cnc. Troubleshoot submitted files. Manage production workflow to meet deadlines. Must have Adobe Illustrator experience.

10% Graphic Design

5% Inventory Management and Equipment Maintenance

5% Miscellaneous (i.e., studio upkeep)

Core Functions:

· Lead the printing and production of client orders

· Inspect customer files, provide digital proofs and make the graphics print-ready

· Operate and maintain large-format printers, laminators and plotters

· Conduct inventory and procurement*

*The team can help with the actual ordering of materials, so long as you provide a list of what is needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $34.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
