The #1 Priority of this position is…

Responsible for staffing and scheduling all Private Duty Cases for the agency

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Responsible for entering the demographics of all new cases.
• Must verify completeness of Private Duty admission package.
• Responsible for entering the schedule/staffing of all Private Duty Cases.
• Responsible for assisting in meeting the private duty’s budget goals on a monthly basis.
• Must staff all cases on a timely manner, including getting coverage on days off.
• Must process all logs on a weekly basis and in an accurate way.
• Maintain all documents properly filed.
• Assists Private Duty Coordinator in the supervision of all Private Duty Aides
• Any other necessary task as assigned by Management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Home Health experience preferred.
• Experience in documentation and recording of services provided.
• knowledge of medical terminology, effective medical chart documentation.
• Office Skills
• Detail oriented
• Must be computer literate

• Demonstrate excellent verbal communications, interpersonal skills and empathetic listening.
• positive attitude and able to communicate with clients and staff to appropriately staff all cases.
• Familiar with State/Federal labor laws with regards to overtime & staffing.
