Responsibilities:

Manage Payment Network Mandates and related billing across merchant services. Responsiblities include researching payment network changes, analyzing product or network billing, creating financial reporting, identifying areas of impact for the bank. Need to be able to lead analytical, decision-making discussions.

Required Skills:

Experience working in payment network processing, Microsoft Office, with strong emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to and persuade stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines.

Desired Skills:

• SQL experience

• Database experience

• Operational risk management

• Compliance management

• Familiar with Payment Network specifications and other documentation.
