Job Description

As a Product Management Specialist, you will be a key member of our team, directly supporting our top-tier financial advisors. Acting as their primary point of contact, you will manage the critical relationship between our company and these advisors. Working closely with a Business Development Representative, your mission is to provide outstanding support while fostering strong, productive relationships.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Provide dependable, timely, and practical support for our financial products, with a particular emphasis on Fixed Indexed Annuities.
  • Assist in training and onboarding both new and existing financial advisors.
  • Ensure clear and effective communication between financial advisors and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with Business Development Representatives to develop and implement strategies that enhance the advisor experience and promote product adoption.
  • Stay updated on product changes and ensure advisors receive relevant information promptly.


Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial services industry.
  • Experience working with Financial Advisors.
  • Strong knowledge of Fixed Indexed Annuity products.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
  • Previous experience in the financial advising industry.
