We need a Production Associate who is detail-oriented, a problem solver, and a team player. In this role, you'll work closely with both creative and production teams, ensuring smooth project execution. Key Responsibilities:

* Flawless Production: Operate the Roland plotter printer to ensure each project meets the highest quality standards. Your mission is to transform ideas into products with top-notch final results.

*Team Collaboration: You'll work closely with our graphic designers to turn creative concepts into print-ready files, ensuring everything is optimized for different printing methods and materials. You'll also collaborate with production teams to set up machines and processes for smooth manufacturing.

*Impeccable Quality Control: Review graphic products to ensure colors, clarity, and designs meet client expectations before production begins.

*Project Management: You'll be responsible for keeping deadlines on track, balancing creative and production schedules, and ensuring all resources are ready for production.

*Problem-Solving: Solve design challenges during production by adapting printing methods to different materials, and managing issues like equipment breakdowns or delays to keep production running smoothly.

Requirements:

• High school diploma, with additional training in manufacturing or graphic design being a plus.
• Previous experience in manufacturing or light industrial environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with graphic design software like Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong team player.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality work.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, stand for long periods, and handle heavy materials.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
