We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Production Clerk to join our team. As a Production Clerk, you will play a crucial role in supporting the production process and ensuring smooth operations. This is a hands-on position that requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Work side by side with a Department Head during field measures
• Utilize manufactures software for product purchase order in accordance with field measurement paperwork
• Order all necessary supplies as needed for a successful job
• Assist with Production Calendar
• Monitor inventory and deliveries and notify relevant parties
• Answer incoming calls from production and customer inquiries
• Assist and potentially lead special projects as directed by other Department Heads
• Assist other Department Heads with organizing and tracking information as directed.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace (Preferred)
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others

Pay: $37,000-50,000

Job Type: Full-time
