Evangel exists to CONNECT REAL PEOPLE TO A REAL GOD! We are one church in multiple locations including campuses in Bismarck, Dickinson, Garrison, Online and more to come! The church is about one person, Jesus, but it is composed of many different kinds of people, and we are always looking for quality people to join the team.

Position Summary

This position has oversight for production at the Bismarck campus. They will work to implement the systems and processes designed by central production to achieve high excellence services and development of Dream Teamers. This role will require a strong people as well as tech focus.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Bismarck Dream Team - Onboard, orient, schedule, and mentor Bismarck Production Dream Teamers. Assist with developing teams across ministries such as Youth, eKids etc.
• Bismarck Weekends - Oversee production at the Bismarck campus. Ensure the operation of smooth services and problem solve issues.
• Bismarck Events & Key Weekends - Work with Event teams to implement production needs of internal and external events. Plan with Central Production for Key Weekends and Bismarck needs.
• Bismarck Service Media - Prep media and content from central for services and events. This includes TV notes for the speaker and other CG1/Propresenter/Resolume/TRIA content.
• Bismarck Campus Stage Design - Implementation of stage layouts with Dream Teamers and Central Production Staff.
• Campus Staff - Participate in Bismarck meeting and assist with campus needs when requested.
• Administrative Duties - Manage Bismarck Campus production budget and assist with scheduling installations and upgrades.
• Availability to attend events after hours on an as needed basis.

Qualifications

• Computer proficiency: Apple platform, Google Workspace, Slack
• Strong verbal and written communication skills to a variety of audiences
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with all levels of an organization
• Demonstrate professionalism and poise when communicating with external contacts
• Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
• Highly motivated and a self-starter
• Team player (ability to collaborate with volunteers and video coordinator)

About Evangel

Evangel was started in 1928 because two brothers had a passion to reach the community of Bismarck for Jesus. Through the years, Evangel has grown into a church with a regular weekend attendance that surpasses 3,000 people joining across all its campuses. The church is served by a dynamic group of Elders and church staff who give direction and oversight to the church. While Evangel's broadcast location remains in Bismarck, the vision is regional in nature and people are being reached all across the upper Midwest and beyond!
