Compensation: $18.00/hr, plus $1.50/hr of shift differential

Principal Accountabilities:
- Operate and maintain all processing and material handling equipment for bead manufacturing
- Monitor inventory, raw material, parts, processing materials and final product quality
- Perform routine maintenance and preventative maintenance on production equipment as required
- Conduct particle size analysis as required
- Perform in process inspections of finished product
- Maintain tools in neat and orderly manner
- Maintain bead manufacturing area in a neat and orderly status
- Coordinate order flow
- Understanding and adhering to all safety rules and regulations
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
- Other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications:
- Right to work in the U.S. that is not based solely on possession of a student visa or a visa sponsored by a third-party employer.
- Cargill requires employees be a minimum of 18 years old to work in a production facility.
- Ability to work overtime, weekends and holidays with advance notice.
- Ability to perform physical job duties which may include bending, lifting up to 50 lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting safely, with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written).
- Must be able to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc. with the use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
- Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above).
- Basic computer skills
