Production Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervises the daily work of up to 16 team members performing duties in the designated areas of responsibility (e.g., manufacturing, order processing).
• Plan, organize, and ensure the execution of daily shift printing operations to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly production goals.
• Lead the day-to-day operations in a fast-paced distribution environment to ensure optimal utilization of equipment and people.
• Train team members in the use and care of the equipment, production process, and IT systems used on the production floor.
• Cross-trains team members to allow for maximum flexibility of production operations.
• Assist in developing the SOPs.
• Ensure the work being performed meets or exceeds quality standards.
• Ensure the work is accomplished per safety standards for process and team members.
• Ensure that efficiency and productivity standards are met.
• Ensure team members comply with company policies and procedures.
• Complete reports on output and all tracked metrics, and then communicate the findings to Management on a daily basis.
• Coach team members and carry-out disciplinary action when necessary.
• Assist in creating a performance review tool and conduct performance reviews on an annual basis.
• Communicate team performance to the team on a daily and weekly basis.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
