experience working in an outdoor environment (construction, automotive, waste/recycling)
knowledge of equipment including following preventative maintenance and reporting equipment issues
knowledge of safety and environmental policies
hands-on leadership style (majority of the day working with the production team)
communicate and implement policies
work with other departments to continually improve store results
comfortable with computers and Microsoft Office
Ability to become certified in all production equipment and approved to operate all equipment
