Responsibilities

• Own strategies and processes that enhance experience across the platform
• Lead multiple projects across Product, policy, operations and technical teams to define and scope the necessary strategy and workflows to be developed
• Builds strong relationships with cross-functional partners developing trust and mutual respect
• Conduct data analysis and provide metrics-driven insights on experience journeys and touchpoints, governance, and seller and customer trends for weekly/monthly meetings
• Draw on root cause analysis and trend reporting to solicit and drive broader resolutions
• Drive cross-functional product and process development and improvements and work with internal teams to collaborate, drive prioritization, analyze and resolve complex issues
• Builds strong relationships with cross-functional partners developing trust and mutual respect

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Completion of MBA no later than December 2025
• Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in using Excel and SQL.
• Excellent logical reasoning skills, resource integration abilities, teamwork skills, communication, and ability to handle pressure.
• Ability to work autonomously in a fast paced, highly demanding and ambiguous environment. Strong sense of ownership and a results-oriented mindset.
• Track record of strong project delivery in project and program management settings.
• Ability to organize and lead cross-functional teams to achieve ambitious goals.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 - 2 years of Marketplace experience working for well-known e-commerce platforms.
• Experience in process development and process improvement, Six Sigma a plus.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $125400 - $139333 annually.

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
