Nextant is looking for a driven Program Manager Non-Tech 1 to join our client team. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in project management, including developing project plans, managing timelines, and financial oversight. This role requires strong communication skills, a deep understanding of project dynamics, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across our client Games division to ensure compliance with global gaming standards, including services, marketing, and content distribution.
- Perform content and marketing reviews to assess potential geopolitical risks in key markets.
- Assist in reporting and tracking compliance with Gaming Global Readiness (GR) requirements.
- Organize, synthesize, and update documentation on the Gaming Global Readiness SharePoint site.
- Research complex cultural, geopolitical, and socio-linguistic issues, and provide clear, actionable guidance for stakeholders.
- Coordinate and schedule Gaming Global Readiness reviews and training sessions with internal teams.
- Co-host Gaming Global Readiness Office Hours when required.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent experience in localization, international relations, program management, game production, or a related field.
- PMI or PMP certification preferred.
- Minimum of five years of experience in entertainment, gaming, or communications.
- Proficiency in SharePoint, Jira/ADO, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Visio.
- Familiarity with compliance functions and processes.
- Experience or education in cultural studies, anthropology, or proficiency in two or more languages.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Creative problem-solving ability with excellent attention to detail.
- Proficient at working independently and managing multiple tasks.
- Experience influencing and partnering with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for learning, research, creative content, and gaming.
- Awareness of cross-cultural sensitivities and global market differences.
- Familiarity with business principles related to strategic planning and resource allocation.
- Basic understanding of video games, development milestones, and content age ratings.
- Previous Microsoft experience and prior experience with Microsoft internal tools is highly preferred.

Pay Rate:
The annual salary range for this position is $77,000 - $85,000 in Washington State. Please note that the salary range is a general guideline. Nextant considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills, and other market and business considerations when extending an offer.
