Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial part-time Program and Account Manager to lead our outreach and client acquisition efforts for our innovative afterschool enrichment programs. This role is pivotal in expanding our presence in the community and ensuring that our programs reach as many children as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
  • Identify and engage with potential clients, including schools, libraries, community centers, and parents, to promote Nutty Scientists' afterschool programs and holiday and summer camps.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships and program success.
  • Develop and implement strategies to meet enrollment targets and grow the client base.
  • Program Coordination:
  • Coordinate the scheduling and logistics of programs, ensuring all sessions are staffed, equipped, and ready for delivery.
  • Collaborate with instructors to ensure the delivery of high-quality, engaging STEAM activities.
  • Marketing and Outreach:
  • Assist in creating and executing local marketing campaigns to raise awareness of Nutty Scientists and attract new clients.
  • Represent Nutty Scientists at community events, fairs, and other outreach opportunities to generate interest and leads.
  • Reporting and Administration:
  • Track and report on client interactions, enrollment numbers, and program performance.
  • Manage contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring compliance with company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, account management, or client relations, ideally within the education or children's services sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks.
  • Passion for education, children’s development, and STEAM subjects.
  • Familiarity with the local community and experience working with schools or educational programs is a plus.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including some afternoons and weekends.
