About the role

Program Manager, Global markets at qure.ai ensures that operations in the Global region (US, EU-CAN) are functioning smoothly and customers are using the products in the intended use case. The primary role of this position is to drive adaption, prove evidence and bring sustainability in those markets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Site Onboarding:

  • Coordinate and manage the onboarding process for new sites. o Ensure all necessary infrastructure, training, and resources are provided.
  • Develop and implement onboarding schedules and checklists.

2. Site Documentation:

  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation for all sites. o Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements.
  • Manage version control and access to critical documents.

3. Site Security and Regulatory Clearance:

  • Oversee the implementation of security protocols to protect patient data.
  • Ensure all sites comply with regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR).
  • Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to obtain necessary clearances.

4. Site StakeholderManagement:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with site stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for site-specific inquiries and

issues.

  • Facilitate regular communication and feedback loops with

stakeholders.

5. Site Workflow Optimization:

  • Analyze and optimize workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with site teams to identify bottlenecks and implement improvements.
  • Monitor and report on workflow performance metrics. 6. SiteDataCollection:
  • Develop and manage data collection protocols and processes. o Ensure the accuracy and integrity of collected data.
  • Coordinate with data teams to facilitate analysis and reporting.

7. Site Commercialization:

  • Support the commercial team in developing and executing site-specific strategies.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for product expansion and market penetration.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to drive commercial success.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., healthcare management, business administration).
  • 5+ years of experience in program management, preferably in the healthcare or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements in the US, EU, and Canada.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
