Piper Health & Sciences is seeking a Program Manager to oversee project deliverables for the design and renovation of a large laboratory space, from initial stages through operational readiness. This is a hybrid role, which requires on-site work 3 days per week in the greater Frederick/Montgomery County, MD area(s).

Responsibilities for the Program Manager include:

·       Host weekly team meetings to track action items, discuss/resolve any potential key issues, and ensure project deadlines are promptly met.

·       Participate in weekly vendor meetings regarding project design, construction, equipment, and validation vendors.

·       Ensure project deliverables are met on time, within budget, in compliance with GMP standards, and without safety/quality issues.

·       Assist with drafting/review of design permits, external vendor contracts, and change requests.

·       Oversee the procurement, installation, and validation of all necessary lab equipment.

Qualifications for the Program Manager include:

·       1+ years of experience with GMP facility renovation and/or construction.

·       Prior experience project managing CQV processes of QC lab equipment.

·       Ability to travel on-site to the Frederick, MD area 3 days per week.

Compensation for the Program Manager includes:

·       Salary Range: approximately $55/hr - $75/hr, commensurate with experience
