Develop and maintain digital marketing campaigns across various digital and social channels (Display, Native, CTV, social, etc.) for various business lines and products, with a focus on driving return on ad spend and new member acquisition.

What you will do:

  • Create multi-channel digital customer journeys to build affinity and awareness, increase retention and engagement rates, and generate conversions for key marketing and sales objectives.
  • Perform day-to-day digital marketing activities including but not limited to digital media campaign set-up in DSP platform, monitor pacing and optimize to goals and planned budget levels, database and list segmentation, 3rd party audience targeting, A/B testing and reporting while adhering to best-in-industry standards.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to senior leadership with the purpose of informing future digital marketing strategies. Make recommendations on budgets and targeting based on overall pacing and performance.
  • Marketplace) or PG (Programmatic Guaranteed) agreement deals when we cannot run directly through the Adobe DSP.
  • Plan, build, launch, manage, track, shift and report on all digital media efforts within Social media platforms like Facebook, LinkedIn, Reddit and others.
  • Drive business growth and overall revenue through digital media channels and advertising spend.
  • Assist with any other areas of the digital marketing communications department as needed.
  • Maintain knowledge of media best practices, trends and industry developments and share learnings with cross functional teams.
  • Other duties maybe assigned.

Education
Bachelor's Degree in related field Required

Experience

of experience in digital marketing and paid ads, with demonstrated expertise in Digital Media DSP platforms Required and of experience with various Facebook and Instagram Interfaces: Ads Manager, Business Manager, Page Insights. Required and Experience with third-party social management tools Required and Experience in Adobe Ad Cloud Preferred
