C.D.W. Services is a mid-size commercial general contractor serving the New Orleans and surrounding areas.

We are looking for an experienced Project Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project estimation, including the ability to accurately assess costs and timelines for projects. The successful candidate will be able to develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors, as well as have a strong understanding of the construction industry. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to join a growing team.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze project requirements and develop accurate cost estimates.
• Develop cost models and pricing structures for projects.
• Develop project budgets and schedules.
• Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors to ensure the best pricing.
• Work with project managers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
