We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for the management and delivery of technology related projects across various departments.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement large HVAC projects
• Direct and lead the work of field staff
• Collaborate with a team to complete assigned projects on time, to spec, and with accuracy
• Ensure deadlines and cost targets are met
• Maintain required project documentation
• Ensure compliance with state federal, local, industry, contractual and company regulations, standards etc.

​Qualifications:

• 8-10+ years project management experience in HVAC, Plumbing or equivalent
• Strong project management skills
• PMP, CAPM, PgMP or related Certs highly preferred
• MS Office (excel) as well as Project Management software experience
• Strong leadership qualities
