Job Description

We are seeking to fill a few positions, including Project Manager. The majority of our business is negotiated and with repeat clients. The Project Manager in our company plays a key role in managing the client relationship through clear and open communication while being highly organized and proactive.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Create detailed project schedule that outlines all phases of the project from start to finish
  • Provide leadership and direction to the project team to ensure project goals are met
  • Facilitate communication among the team members and stakeholders to ensure everyone is informed and aligned
  • Identify risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
  • Regularly monitoring and reporting on project progress to stakeholders.
  • Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process.
  • Responsible for project finances and monitoring same to ensure project stays within budget
  • Maintain up-to-date contract documents.
  • Manage submittal process including submittal schedule and submittal log.
  • Co-Chair and conduct regular owner and subcontractor coordination and preconstruction meetings.
  • Manage Request for Information (RFI) process and log
  • Work with the superintendent to ensure all safety protocols are followed on-site to protect workers and the public
  • Manage project closeout process


Qualifications And Experience

  • B.S. in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field position or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • At least 5-7 years of general contracting experience
  • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must be an effective problem solver
  • Must be highly organized
  • Must be pro-active
  • Experience with Procore, Project and Bluebeam preferred.
