Project Manager

Roles/Responsibilities

• As a Sr. Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of engineers to deliver high-quality software solutions.’

• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals, develop project plans, and ensure timely delivery.

• Additionally, you will provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, drive process improvements, and contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization.

• Comply to industry best practices and internal standards

• Work with Onshore/Offshore teams

• Champion best practices and standards for building, delivering, and operating reliable services

• Work with Cognizant/Centene Leads on all project phases

Required Qualifications

• Seeking a highly experienced Sr. Engineering Manager with 12-16 years of experience in Commercial Project Management and expertise in Cloud Computing, Microservices, Automation, and DevOps.

• Must have domain knowledge in Provider

• Apart from Client deliverable, should be able to support the cognizant internal needs like people management, proposal lead etc

• Offshore/ Onshore Model exposure

• Agile Work model

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $72,000 to $160,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
