Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing various projects from initiation to completion. This is a critical role that requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Duties:
- Plan, execute, and monitor projects from start to finish
- Manage all aspects of construction projects effectively and efficiently including, but not limited to Budgeting, Scheduling, Submittals, Schedule of Values, Change Orders, RFP’s, RFI’s and Revenue Projections
- Manage changes to each project’s scope of work, schedule, and costs
- Coordinate and communicate with clients to ensure project objectives are met
- Identify and manage project risks and issues
- Conduct regular project status meetings
- Monitor project budget and track expenses
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards
- Manage project closeout, including the distribution and tracking of punch lists, change orders, contracts, and required documentation
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in a fast-paced environment
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Ability to communicate in a confident, articulate, and professional manner with team members, industry partners, and clients
- Solid financial and time management skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Working knowledge of construction drawings, understanding of construction details and project specifications
- Proficient in the use of Excel, Word, Outlook, and MS Project
- Strong leadership and the ability to work with a team, as well as independently

Pay: $59,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
