Project Scheduler

Job Summary:

Project Scheduler is responsible for developing, maintaining, and communicating project schedules. They work closely with project managers, engineers, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time and within the budget.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and update project schedules using project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera).
• Collaborate with project managers and team members to gather project requirements and create detailed schedules.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential schedule risks or delays.
• Analyze project schedules and recommend adjustments to optimize project timelines.
• Communicate schedule updates and changes to project stakeholders.
• Participate in project meetings to provide schedule updates and support project planning.
• Generate project schedule reports and performance metrics for management review.
• Ensure compliance with project scheduling standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
• Proven experience as a project scheduler or similar role.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Certification in project management (e.g., Project Management Professional) is a plus.
